 The system uses a side grill with a double-layer pot, and a single fan for exhaust for baking and cooling. The manual damper is located at the bottom of the machine, and the size of the exhaust port of the cooling plate is adjusted to match the exhaust pressure for baking.
 The mechanical structure is simple and easy to maintain.
 ※The temperature display includes bean temperature and exhaust temperature, and can be connected to the USB cable to output Artisan.
 ※The minimum exhaust pressure can be fine-tuned by adjusting the baffle, usually 30Pa is recommended. The adjustable range is 30~75Pa.
