The use of an inclined grille with a variable frequency exhaust system can effectively control the balance between firepower and exhaust.
The baking barrel can only select semi-hot air. This system uses a double-layer pot.

The side fire grilles rely on the negative pressure formed by variable frequency exhaust to enter the baking chamber, which can effectively and stably heat the hot air entering the baking chamber. The exhaust pressure is controlled by PID, and the different air densities when the temperature rises and falls can also provide stable exhaust pressure.

The speed of the baking barrel can be controlled at any time according to the different baking quantities and changes in baking modes.
